1.THE EFFECT OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ON COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE IN ANSWERING THE CHALLENGE OF RETAIL BUSINESS (CASE SAMPLE IN KEC. MARGAHAYU KAB. BANDUNG)

Introduction.
The increasing number of modern retail outlets causes increasingly intense competition among modern retailers. This study aims that Supply chain Management has a significant influence on the Competitive Advantage Strategy of Retail Business in Kec. Margahayu Kab. Bandung

Theory
Competitive advantage or competitive advantages expressed by several experts. Michael E Porter (2008) The ability of a company to achieve economic benefits over the profits achieved by competitors in the market in the same industry The concept of retail according to Wal Mart quoted by Usman Thoyip (1998) in Sunyoto (2015; 5) has utilized a coordinated and equitable approach throughout the company towards the development and implementation of strategies and has a clear goal orientation According to Pujawan (2010: 5), Supply chain is a network of companies that together work to create and deliver a product into the hands of users end.

Metod
By surveying 32 retail managers, using quantitative analysis methods
Analisis
 The results of statistical results from the parameters of this study found that the influence of Supply Chain Management on Competitive Advantage was 68.9%. As for the remaining 32.1% (100% -68.9%) influenced by other factors not examined in this study

CONCLUSION: The results of this study are that the correlation value between Supply Chain Management and Competitive Advantage is 0.830. This figure shows that the correlation value is at an interval of 0.81 - 0.100, which means Supply Chain Management with Competitive Advantage has a strong relationship.

2.IMPROVEMENT OF ORDER FULFILLMENT SERVICES IN SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT  PROCESS TO IMPROVE RETAILER SATISFACTION IN BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS RELATIONS

Introduction
This study aims to determine the effect of order fulfillment services that have been carried out by ASA drinking water product manufacturers on the satisfaction of retailers in the context of implementing downstream supply chain processes, based on variable purchase orders, order shipments, inventory control, and sales & returns

THEORY
Supply chain or Supply Chain according to Stevenson (2014: 130) is a sequence of organizations, facilities, functions, and activities, which are involved in the production and delivery of a product or service. Pratiwi (2015) explains the definition of order fulfillment as an activity that goes from receiving the order to delivering the full order.

METHODOLOGY : Metode kuantitatif

ANALYSIS: The analysis used is quantitative analysis with inferential statistics. Primary data used as material for analysis came from 18 retail owner respondents who had an MoU with ASA Jasa Tirta bottled drinking water producers

CONCLUSION: From this research it can be seen that producers need to maintain the performance of inventory control from producers on products that are circulating in retail. In addition, producers also need to provide internal improvements to the company by optimizing supply chain management in order to maintain and develop relationships with business partners in the long run.

3.SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PRACTICES COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES OF MINIMARKETS
IN SURABAYA

Introduction
This study aims to examine the effect of supply chain management practices
which includes strategic partnership relations, customer relations, information sharing and
postponement of competitive advantage in minimarkets in Surabaya

THEORY: An understanding of supply chain management has become an important prerequisite for organizations
to stay competitive in the global world and to increase profits (Childhouse and
Towill, 2003) Pujawan and Mahendrawati (2010) explained that the important role of all parties ranging from suppliers, producers, distributors, retailers, and customers in creating cheap, high-quality, and fast products is what later gave birth to a new concept of Supply Chain Management. Retail is the most important network in supply chain management because it will interact directly with end customers.

METHODOLOGY: This type of research is causal research and uses a quantitative approach by testing hypotheses

ANALYSIS: The results of this analysis show that strategic partnership relations, customer relations and information sharing have a positive and significant effect on the competitive advantage of minimarkets in Surabaya. While the delay has a significant negative effect on competitive advantage in minimarkets in Surabaya

CONCLUSION: The results of this study indicate that the strategic partnership relationship, customer relations, and information sharing have a positive and significant influence on the competitive advantage of minimarkets in Surabaya. In addition, this study also shows
that the delay has a negative and significant effect on the competitive advantage of minimarkets in Surabaya. These results indicate that when minimarkets have a strategic partnership relationship, customer relations and good information sharing, these three things
this can increase the competitive advantage of the minimarket.
